If you cannot afford regular membership fees, you may qualify for a reduced “special membership” fee.

Eligibility: “Special membership” category does NOT apply to residents of countries that are members of the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and other high-income but non-OECD countries that are defined by the World Economic Forum as the top 35 most globally competitive. Residents of the countries listed below are NOT eligible for the “special membership” category:

Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Rep., Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
