Speaker transitions and the interactional space: a multimodal CA analysis on university student meetings – Qi Chen

Recorded 19th December 2016. In this snapshot of her Ph.D. project, Qi Chen analyzes speaker transitions in multi-party group project meetings among undergraduate students. Specifically, she investigates the work that interactants to take floor during an early phase of the group meeting, in which individual interactants provide an update as to their individual progress and research.
