Recorded 15th December 2014. In this talk, Alexandra presents on her and Kobin’s work on imperative directives which is when compliance becomes immediately relevant in the next action. They observe that an imperative can initiate, progress or expedite a course of action and identify three aspects of imperative directives which differ them from imperative admonishments.
